aiden and her friend kristen taught me to play physics the game, last night. (you may or may not know it as "pool.") they were amazing teachers. the game usually makes me feel incompetent and lame, but they managed to make everything make lots of sense, and to make everything lots of fun. i won a couple of times, and accomplished a few minor amazing feats. they tell me that if i keep practicing i could get to be quite good, and i sort of believe them. and i wouldn't mind having the opportunity to keep practicing at all. (i think i'm the slightest bit meepy. i never expect that, do i?)
