The amount of useful stuff left behind by the contractors who flipped the house in which I am now living is astounding. I just found two screwdrivers and a pair of good pliers, which I'm keeping. In my basement I've found uncut and unpainted moulding, tiles, gallons of paint, caulk, sponges, and other useful bits. I'm waiting until they've finished installing everything they've promised me, and then I'm donating or selling the lot of it.
