I don't entirely understand why or how I'd been living without raw honey for so long. Actually, since I tend to shoot very-high-ISO at the Fort, I really need to work in RAW and later use photoshop to strip out as much noise as I can - so I can't just produce jpegs on the spot. So some level of "Get it home and work at it" is necessary here.
