Very important matters.

I occasionally feel something akin to a moral obligation to purchase a camera of some sort, particularly before I embark upon my adventures in foreign climes. The sort of blog in which I am most interested typically has something to do with various popinjays parading themselves about in their new and intricately knotted ties and finding the time to be incredibly intelligent in between. I suppose I wouldn't mind following suit, although it does seem like an awful lot of bother, as well as a great many buttons. And, of course, I feel as if one is supposed to take photographs while one is travelling. The last time I only ever remembered to do so when Liz reminded me, although I really am glad that I have them now. I can't help but feel that I'm a bit better with words than I am with pictures, though. Would you forgive me if I simply told you about it?

Also, and far more importantly, I'm bored with my hair to the point of madness. The back is shaved and the front is purple as a peacock (I am aware that peacocks are not, in fact, purple). I suppose that it's all well and good, but I've done this before, and my heart isn't in it. I think it would be amusing to have entirely normal hair for once. But I cannot find appropriate examples. I doubt that most pretty scissor-wielding lasses in this town would be able to interpret, "like Jarvis Cocker in 1995, only less greasy and more good." Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I love taking photographs, if you wouldn't then do not. But, perhaps borrow a camera for a weekend and give it a try?

About your hair. I require lots of pics for what you like, dislike, and want to adapt. Curly compatible styles are not my forte, could you have Morissey hair?

That is an excellent idea! I wonder if my sister would let me borrow hers.

Part of the problem is that I'm really not sure. I've been straightening it lately, and it stays straight easily when it is short, but perhaps Morrissey hair is far closer to what I want than should be willing to admit. You're brilliant, and I'm unfortunate.
