we ate the buddha. we sucked him from mouth to mouth before she bit off his head, declaring it a sin. i left the flesh of him to her and kept the head for myself, but then i crushed it between my teeth, candy big bang stars, surely taking the sin and the wrath of god for myself.

we've been building still lives and alters and shrines. we've not spent a cent for most of a week. we've still a few days to go, but when we start again i need a shelf, and genesha, and ardhanarishvara.

it rained, and we all walked one another home, and there were two cats.

it seems that everything to which i used to pray are becoming things for which i must pray. london, elves, all of the girls and queers in philadelphia. we are in the midst of the greek festival. the streets are lined with police, four to a crossroads. people will be raped, and people will be jumped or thrown from windows and nearly killed. i don't know why this is allowed to keep happening.
