jacktellsliesis it midsummer again already? i wore horns and very little clothing, and i lit a bonfire on my sidewalk and recited bits of shakespeare, reconstructing memory with friends and the people with whom i live. we feasted on corn and meat and lies and mangoes and pineapples and ice cream and the flesh of the dead. now i smell like almonds and pepper and cloves, and i'm growing my horns again and going to bed. dream well, lords and ladies. goodnight.
