Most medical supply stores carry scalpels, along with other fun toys.

as should most fetish shops, in theory. we've not had much luck with either thus far.

I'm not so sure about the fetish shops: Virtually all the ones I've been to refuse to carry anything with a blade, due to the significant risks involved.

In terms of the medical supply gig, I know there are a few online that can provide: I had an old acquaintance that would get disposable ones for her bloodplay, as well as butterfly needles for rituals.
