you, kant, always get what you want.

i spent last night with kaitlin and a tub of pistachio ben and jerry's. we watched hedwig and the angry inch, which she hadn't yet seen. i adore that film. i'm surprised every time i see it by the emotional impact it has; it always affects me differently.

i am a bit of a groundling at times, i fear.

i made buttons today: mad tea parties and lautrec and venus of willendorf, thus far.

How did some slip of a girly boy from communist East Berlin become the internationally ignored song stylist barely standing before you?

some slip of a girly boy is a wonderful phrase...

Yes. It is. That's why I remember that quote so well. In fact, it's about the only one I do remember.

"that jesus said the darndest things." "don't say that name in my house." "but mother, he died for our sins." "so did hitler!"

Ah, yes. Good times. I haven't seen that movie in a couple years. I should watch that again.

I absolutely love the middle one.

If I make you a cool mix, will you send me one?

Love,
Natt

Your buttons are lovely. I keep thinking of a way I could use them in my art so I can have an excuse to buy some!
