I find every post of yours that I have read both thought-provoking and, quite frankly, revealing the inner workings of a genius. You may not see yourself as wise, or of substance, but I can guarantee that many on the outside see a different picture than that which you paint of yourself.
I have found that many of our thought processes are like dual ruts in the same road. This inspires me (for I greatly look up to you), yet vexes me, for I know not what to do with said thoughts. They usually do not come out in my writing as yours do; most often my fictional compositions, poems, songs, and especially LJ posts are inane at best. Truth be told, this comment will probably end up as such.
Of course, I am of a younger set, and that may be the source of my predicament... Though, among my peers, I am counted as one who has experienced the world on a much grander scale than most, and one who possesses many (more than is common, anyhow) unique ways of expressing himself. I just wonder if said experience has really made me any more knowledgeable, wise, or mature than my fellows; if said expressions are really as true to my internal workings as one might think.
I'll cease this unnecessary exposition here; like I said, this is probably rather inane to you. I'll state again, however, that I find your written work spellbinding and inspiring, and that you are one of my online heros. You do indeed win at life.
Just letting you know...
