this is the 512th digit of pi.
Mar. 15th, 2005 09:25 pmmy dad died three years ago today.
and on the ground at CMU, they've written pi on all of the sidewalks in chalk. it goes down stairs. it goes to thousands of digits. they've included markers to show you the digit at which you are looking. they aren't marked by every hundredth digit, though, or anything of that sort. they are marked at an exponential increase of two. somewhere in pittsburgh today, there lives a person who drew an arrow on the ground at CMU and wrote, in chalk, "this is the 512th digit of pi."
i am screaming into the infinite abyss. i am faced with the sublime.
