i tend to be very shy about things that happen because of school, even if they do not sound very much like school writing at all. i wanted to make this very clinical and simple, to explain properly, because honestly, how can you have a class like this and not know? but that felt very wrong, as if it would misrepresent more than any misworded definition. so i'll ask you to forgive my indulging myself with alliteration and outrageous flamboyance, if you'll be so kind.
