a friend visited from out of time. brni really is terribly neat. i now realize that i meant to write town, but time is far more interesting. i suppose i have been feeling rushed. that is a lie. i know i have. it's been an odd week.

why do i want so many things? i don't need anything. the holidays are happening. i broke down and bought a new binder.
