the sunset made a church of one of the walls, and a three paneled section of window was formed between blinds. seeing the hills and sky beyond, my thoughts were limited to little more than the words, "triptych. parallax." repeated over and over again.

i've been thinking about dignity in a fairly shallow sense. it is a word i've been using frequently, at the very least.
