yesterday was the smashing pumpkins, siamese dream, mostly mayonnaise. today was almost entirely radiohead, ok computer, especially let down. i'm existing in the tracks i've been ignoring for years, just now.

one day i am gonna grow wings.
a chemical reaction.
hysterical and useless.

i brought diamond dogs and homogenic with me for the commute to my night class. bowie is... bowie is a lot of things. but zie is mob mentality in skin, the warm juices of a stranger's eye on your fingers, an accident of attempting to get close.

i think a man moved on the bus to get away from me. he snarled and went to the front. he said something to me, but i couldn't hear.

so how could they know?
how could they know?

if one must momentarily contextualize oneself as a historical figure, a sort of lazy rosa parks isn't such a bad person to be. it might be nice, though, to know exactly what one was challenging. one can guess, of course, and one can probably be right, but that isn't half as much fun.

the world cannot help being beautiful when one is listening to bjork on a train at night. lights shift, and when you are birthed from the cunt of a tunnel and the world is clouded, you hit the tracks running backwards.

as i left my class, i was nearly sad, because it was dark, and there was a fog. i was near city hall, though, and theatricality is a powerful thing. if you believe you have an audience, you can convince yourself of nearly anything.

if you're a lazy rosa parks, can i be an overactive marylin monroe?

my audience believes i'm a woman who can save the world with just a thought... sometimes they believe it so much that i do, too.

The other day, my friend Lousi and I were chatting away on the bus (we happened to be talknig about sex, specifically: whichever one of us gets rich first will hire the other one as a sex servant) anyway, some old lady kept staring at us, and her eyes wer buldging. Then as she got off she looked at us and screamed "YOU'RE DEMONS! DEMONS!"
That made my life. XD

If I were to momentarily contextualize myself as a historical figure, it would probably be Lautrec, or Winston Churchill, Sara Bernhardt, or possibly even the Marquis de Sade.

I was angry the day we went to that graveyard, so I just sat and sketched one of the graves, and didn't go see anyone's grave.
